Returns, Exchanges, & any other unforeseen circumstance:
ALL sales are final to ensure the safety of products in our industry. Artists rely on products that are sterilized and sealed from the factory to ensure their safety for the professional and their customer. Its for this reason we do not accept returns of these types of products. We appreciate your understanding.
Sometimes life happens and we get that! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed explanation of why you would like us to consider a return. We will review your request and if one is granted, a refund in the form of a store credit will be applied.
Excluding Pigments, Anesthetics, Aftercare products, Machines, Needles and Power Supplies. Pigments are non-returnable! For all other items you must have a valid receipt if a request for a return has been reviewed and granted.
Returns are accepted within 14 business days of purchase. Shipping charges to return the items are the responsibility of the buyer. There will not be a credit given for the original shipping fee. All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
*DO NOT* return any product if you have not received prior authorization to do so. Any items returned to AAB written approval will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
We understand sometimes you may order the wrong product by mistake or just simply have a change of mind; it happens. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our sterilized and sealed products, we only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy at the top of the page.
Shipping times vary from processing/order time, please be patient with our shipping department. AAB is not responsible for package once it is dropped off at the USPS. If you believe the package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping service and make sure your address was correctly submitted. If a package is returned by the carrier because the address is incorrect, unknown, package unclaimed, or any other reason, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you we will refund the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee.
MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
We are all fallible and we apologize if we make a mistake on occasion. To try and be as accurate as possible a picture will be taken of your order and placed with your invoice prior to shipping. This is our way of ensuring you get what you ordered and are satisfied every step of the way.
If for some reason something slips through the cracks because of human error, please email us at t include the order number and the name of the product missing and we get back to you as soon as possible to fix the situation.

WHEN DO YOU SHIP
We ship Monday through Friday. Business days are considered Monday - Friday. If we receive your order before noon there is a good chance your order will ship that day, if not it will be the next business day.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
We process and ship orders so fast that we cannot guarantee that and in many cases it's just not possible. To find out for sure please call us at (720)365-3221.
CAN I ADD OR REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER

TRACKING MY ORDER
When placing an order on our store you will receive an email from usps.com with your tracking number.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package leaves AAB and is with the carrier, AAB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No refund or exchanges will be made on lost or stolen packages.
If your package has been lost or stolen it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR ORDERS
For the safety of your package, all orders over $200 will require a signature from you
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST
We ship in the US and charge the USPS flat rate fees. If it fits, we ship. We also offer local pick up at our studio. If you add insurance or expedite your order this will increase your shipping fee. If you have questions or need help with shipping, please call us at (720)365-322.
